The sleek atmosphere of the hotel definitly spills over into the restaurant. CityVu only serves healthy, fresh and local options. There are thousands of restaurants dotting the grease-glazed highway between fast food and fine dining. If you’ve grown weary of ho-hum chain restaurants with nothing to offer but blah burgers and overpriced, under-seasoned appetizers, CityVū Bistro is the place for you.

CityVū Bistro is Holland’s hotspot for all things fresh. Fryers and frozen foods are out.  Fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, creative menu concepts, and healthy and delicious dishes are in. Our 100% whole grain, hearth-baked flatbread, topped with unique combinations of savory ingredients, is the ultimate edible plate. And to make it even better the flour that is used to make our flatbreads is ground at ZeWaan Windmill on Windmill Island.  Now you can have your plate and eat it too!

In addition to flatbread you can choose from a diverse array of appetizers, soups, salads, entrées, and desserts. Regular menu revisions, including a monthly “Taste Of” feature highlighting the culinary nuances of international locales, will satisfy even the most discerning of palettes.

We have recently expanded our weekend breakfast and brunch menus to include an omelet station so now you can watch your breakfast being made!
